Paulo Nova, Caleta CTO, and Fabíola Jaeger, Caleta COO, were invited by UCEFF Univesity to talk about game production during the IV Geek Day event, which happened on August 7th.
The event, organized by UCEFF, explored several areas as entertainment, career, and business in the game industry.
Paulo and Fabíola, both Caleta co-founders, spoke about their careers as well as their journey in the gaming industry. They also talked about the particularities at the Latam market and how Caleta Gaming manages to continually grows in this segment.
Furthermore, they discussed the importance of having a well-structured team and a high-quality production process, which also includes a thorough quality assurance process.
Two more speakers were present at the event, Leandro Kuhn and Renan Negrini, who are professional gamers and talked about their day to day work.
