Responsibilities 😎

1. Development of growth strategies with online media and social media;
2. Planning, creating campaigns and monitoring results;
3. Conducting quantitative and qualitative research;
4. Conducting campaign creation / briefing;
5. Create internal and external communication strategies;
6. Assist in the creation of forecasts / budget for the area;
7. Copywriting and content management;
8. PR and corporate communications;

Requirements 😎

1. Bachelors Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics or Engineering;
2. Knowledge: Customer acquisition, KPIs, CRM, Branding, Social Media;
3. Tools: RD Station;
4. Strong analytical and strategic capacity;
5. Ability to execute and adapt to changes;
6. Excellent oral and written communication;
7. Strategic planning, calendar of actions creation and management;
8. Deep knowledge of the product launch process, promotion management and marketing campaign creation;
9. Solid experience with marketing metrics, content production and campaign design / implementation;
10. Advanced/Fluent English;
